PART 1: TEMAZCAL CEREMONY
What burns away, clears away. Abuela Tzila Durán Burjan is a renowned international healer, a guide, a keeper of songs and stories that reach far beyond the fire. Her presence is the thread between the elements and the energy, between what we release and what we’re ready to remember. Her husband, Alé, serves as a firekeeper, tending the sacred flames that heat the volcanic stones. This ceremony holds both the release and rise.
